Terracotta tiles should be clean, dry and free from dust, grease and loose material before the coating is applied. Porous or absorbent terracotta may benefit from a suitable primer to improve adhesion, especially around joints and high-wear paths.

Once the anti-slip additive is mixed in, apply the coating in thin, even passes according to the product instructions. Allow the full curing time before walking on the floor or cleaning it, and keep heavy furniture off the finish until it has fully hardened.
