Because it is odourless and water-based, it suits rooms where work is being carried out around occupied spaces. Coverage is normally 100–300 g/m² depending on substrate porosity, so porous surfaces typically use more product per square metre.
When this matters for outdoor and permeable flooring
Outdoor projects usually demand a different approach. Resinstone is a one-component methacrylic resin for sealing and protecting concrete floors and driveways, with deep penetration and resistance to weather and UV. It is intended for absorbent surfaces such as concrete, not for binding loose existing gravel.
