Always measure resin and hardener by weight using digital scales, as volumes can vary with temperature and viscosity. Place your mixing container on the scales, tare to zero, and pour each component separately. Double-check the required ratio (such as 3:2 for some artist resins) in your product instructions before starting. Take your time to avoid accidental over-pouring, as correcting mistakes later is difficult.

• Work at room temperature to help components combine smoothly.
• Mix slowly for several minutes, scraping the sides and base of your mixing pot.
• If your project requires multiple pours (such as deep castings with Epoxytable 10-Ten), measure each batch fresh—never estimate.
• Dispose of unset resin responsibly and never pour excess hardener into mixed batches.
