For best results, select a fine-grit sandpaper—generally 800 to 1500 grit. Wet/dry sandpaper is preferred as using water while sanding helps reduce dust and minimises the risk of scratching. Wrap the paper around a rubber sanding block or use just your fingers for greater surface control, especially on curves or edges. Take care not to use coarse abrasives, as these can leave visible scratches on your resin piece.

Step-by-Step Sanding Process

• Clean the surface: Ensure the resin is fully cured and free of grease or debris before sanding.
