Compared to some alternatives that use a simple 1:1 ratio and cure to a softer texture, Art Pro is favoured when hardness, scratch resistance, and durability are important.

When to Choose Art Pro Over Alternatives

• Final coatings and surface protection: Art Pro is ideal for giving coasters, trays, and decorative art a thick, glossy, protective top layer.
• Need for clarity: Its high-gloss, crystal-clear finish enhances colours and details in pour paintings and mixed-media artwork.
• Medium pours: Art Pro is suited for layers starting from about 1.5mm thickness, but isn’t recommended for deep casts or ultra-thin coatings. For deep pours up to 2cm, Trasparente is more appropriate, while for thin, odourless coatings, consider Icrystal.
