Model Preparation To create a mold with silicone rubber, it is essential to start with the preparation of the model to be replicated. Make sure the model is clean and free of dust, oils, or residues that could compromise the quality of the final mold. You can use resin models or handmade objects as a base for your mold.

Application of Silicone Rubber Once the model is prepared, it's time to apply the silicone rubber. Pour the necessary amount of silicone rubber into a container and mix it thoroughly following the manufacturer's instructions. Then, pour the rubber onto the model, making sure to cover it completely and evenly. Allow the silicone rubber to dry for the specified time and ensure it is fully cured before proceeding.

Mold Removal Once the silicone rubber is fully cured, you can remove the mold from the model. Carefully and precisely detach the mold from the model without damaging it. If necessary, cut the mold along the edges to facilitate its removal. Once the silicone rubber mold is removed, it will be ready for use.

Mold Use Once you have obtained the silicone rubber mold, you can start using it to create reproductions of your original model. Pour the resin into the mold and let it harden following the manufacturer's instructions. Once the resin has solidified, you can carefully and precisely remove the piece from the mold. Repeat the process whenever you want to create new copies of your model.
