Choose the Right Pour Depth

For most epoxy resins, it’s important not to pour more than the recommended single-layer thickness. In general, products such as “Trasparente” should not be poured thicker than 2cm per layer. Excessive depth traps heat inside the resin, raising the risk of overheating. For deep projects, pour in stages, allowing each layer to cool and set before the next.

Control Ambient Conditions and Curing Methods

Temperature plays a key role: work in a cool, well-ventilated space and avoid direct sunlight or high ambient warmth. Steer clear of fast-curing methods like heat guns or hairdryers, as they can accelerate chemical reactions and generate unwanted heat. Gentle, natural curing helps preserve clarity and minimises internal stress.
