• Keep the surface free from dust and foot traffic until fully hardened.

Finishing: Enhancing Appearance and Function

After curing, carefully inspect the stair treads and risers for any defects, bubbles, or irregularities. Light sanding with appropriate grits can remove surface imperfections, particularly when using clear finishes like Trasparente on decorative woodwork. Applying a second, thin top coat may help achieve optimal gloss and uniformity, especially on visible areas.

Safety Checks: Ensuring a Secure Staircase

Before opening the staircase to regular use, verify that all areas are fully cured and reach the recommended hardness. Double-check edges, corners, and handrail attachments for adhesion issues or missed spots.
