The surfaces must be clean and dry. In general, mechanical abrasion or sanding followed by degreasing with solvent (for example, acetone) is sufficient.

Mix both components in the same proportion of component A as of component B for 30/40 seconds. Apply promptly once mixed as it hardens quickly. Cured at room temperature.
Once applied, the system is sensitive to moisture and carbon dioxide: quickly coat the joint or cure in the oven.
The final properties and the maximum resistances are achieved with the complete curing, after 24 hours. However, a good bond is achieved in 2 hours; the final part can be handled after 30 minutes.
If the curing is carried out at a high temperature, the best performance is obtained by gluing at 40°C for a few hours.
The final cleaning of the equipment can be carried out with normal solvent such as acetone, nitro, etc.

Instructions for optimal Fix Express performance:
1. Precise measurement:
Weigh the proportions of components A and B, following the indications specified on the product label and the resin model used, which in this model is the same amount of A as of B by weight.

2. Correct Mixing of Fix Express:
Combine the components by mixing in all directions, paying attention to the walls and bottom of the container. Do this for 30-40 seconds and apply it quickly.

To avoid too rapid a reaction, prepare small amounts of product (200-300 g).

Avoid using the product at ambient temperatures below 10°C.

3. Hermetic closure of the containers:
After using the product, be sure to close the containers tightly to preserve their quality.

4. Preparation of the surface:
The surface must be clean and dry before applying the resin.

5. Ideal conditions:
For thin layers, the curing process is optimal at temperatures between 20-30°C.

6. Curing times:
Processing time: 2-3 minutes (at 25°C)
Setting time: 5-6 minutes (at 25°C)
These times always depend on the temperature, humidity and thickness applied.
