Two-component aliphatic polyurethane binder for permeable decorative coatings with natural aggregates. Transparent, non-yellowing.

Application Instructions
1. Homogenize each component separately for at least 30 seconds using clean tools.
2. Pour Component B (hardener) into Component A (base) following the specified mixing ratio.
3. Mix thoroughly using a low-speed drill, then increase speed up to 300–400 rpm until fully homogeneous.
4. Add POLIROCK 2K to selected natural aggregates (grain size and color as required) and mix until uniform and glossy.
5. Mixing can be carried out using a concrete mixer, horizontal mixer, or planetary mixer.

Aggregate Requirements
– Washed and free of dust, oils, greases, or contaminants
– Moisture content below 3%

Application Method
Apply the mixture onto a previously prepared and primed surface using a screed bar, spatula, or rake.
Compact and smooth the surface using a stainless-steel trowel or rotary blade compaction machine.

Indicative Consumption
– 1 kg of POLIROCK 2K per 40–50 kg of aggregates
– Approx. 18–20 kg of mixed material per cm of thickness
