✨ Polishing Instructions

Prepare the surface
Thoroughly clean with a soft, lint-free cloth to remove dust and debris.

Initial sanding (360–500 grit)
Work by hand or with an orbital polisher at the lowest speed. Sand evenly with light circular movements and gentle pressure.
💧 Keep it damp: moisten the pad or surface with water from time to time. -
Intermediate sanding (1000 grit)
Continue sanding uniformly to refine the surface.
💧 Wet sanding: lightly moisten the paper or surface throughout. -
Fine sanding (2000 → 4000 grit)
Move to 2000 grit, then finish with 4000 grit for a smooth, uniform base.
💧 Keep the surface lightly wet to minimise swirl marks. -
Rinse & swap to sponge
Remove the sandpaper and attach a soft sponge pad. Rinse or wipe with a damp cloth to clear all residue.

Final polish with EpoxyPolish
Apply EpoxyPolish Polishing Cream to the damp sponge. Polish by hand or with an orbital polisher using broad circular motions and light pressure until glossy.
