This epoxy formulation allows to cover surfaces and walls previously decorated with a transparent layer or to decorate them with a new colored layer, obtaining a glossy, washable and waterproof surface. It can be colored as desired with any coloring powder even metallic! In case you want to obtain a satin surface just sand it after 48h with normal sandpaper grain 1000 (or 2000).

APPLICATION: It is recommended to apply Vertical Glass with an “American” spatula. – The finish is transparent but can be colored at will with the colors of the line ResinPro – It can be applied at low thickness for a vitrified effect or at higher thickness for a greater consistency and protection – It is possible to obtain artistic effect shaping the finish once applied.CHOOSE YOUR COLOR!

The Vertical Glass resin differs from normal resins allows creatives to create sharp shapes and designs on surfaces and canvases without the resin mixing unintentionally losing the original design!

Features:

For a smooth coating, it is applied with a spatula to the surface of any material: tile, concrete, wood, brick, etc.

Please note that in the unpainted form, the material is not completely transparent, and there is a slight “milky” shade with almost imperceptible micro-particles, so we recommend painting it
It is used for:

Mixing ratio: 100 : 70 (by weight)

Store the material in a dry and warm place, avoiding temperature changes. Close the packaging tightly after handling the product.

Measure out the required amount of component A, add component B to it in the proportion of 100 to 70.
Gently but thoroughly mix the material. It is better to stir more slowly so that less air gets into the mixture. Do not forget to scrape the material from the walls of the container so that it mixes better. The mixing process should last no longer than 2-3 minutes. At this stage, you can colour the material with dyes and pigments from our assortment.
To create a relatively even layer, it is better to apply the mixture to the surface with a spatula, after which an unusual texture can be set with a relief spatula, a textured roller, a roller with a pile (will give a wavy pattern) and other tools. The mixture should be applied within 30-40 minutes after mixing.
Always try to apply the mixture in small portions to avoid excess material falling off the tool when applying.
It is better to apply a second layer after 24 hours (relevant for t 20 ° C), or when the previous layer has hardened (does not leave a fingerprint when pressed with a finger). After 36 hours after application, the material gains full hardness and can be sanded so that the new layer is well fixed.
After application and complete drying of the material on the surfaces in showers and bathrooms and other areas where water can enter, be sure to treat the joints between the coating and other surfaces (shower trays, faucets, sinks, etc.) with sealant.
