Proper Surface Preparation
The first step to maximising adhesion is to thoroughly clean and dry the tiled surface. Any traces of dust, oil, or contaminants can weaken the bond. Light abrasion with a suitable pad or sandpaper will help create a key for the primer and resin to adhere to, especially if your tiles are glossy. Make sure all residues are removed before proceeding to priming.
Choose the Right Primer
Applying a suitable primer is essential for creating a secure interface between the tile and your chosen resin.
