Always sand in even, overlapping motions, rinsing the surface between steps to remove dust. Take time with each grit stage, as rushing can leave scratches that show up later in the finish.

Polishing for Gloss

After sanding, use a polishing kit designed for resin surfaces. Apply the polishing compound with a soft pad and work it across the sanded surface in sections, using light pressure.
