Slow and Careful Mixing
One of the leading causes of bubbles in epoxy projects is vigorous or rushed mixing. To prevent air from getting trapped, pour your resin and hardener together and mix gently but thoroughly for several minutes. Stir slowly, scraping the sides and bottom of your container as you go. This approach reduces the amount of air incorporated and helps the mixture blend completely. Applying Heat for Bubble Removal
