Why Bubbles Appear in Resin Castings
Bubbles mainly form due to vigorous or hurried mixing, pouring too quickly, or trapping air in complex moulds. Pouring resin too fast allows air pockets to become locked in, and energetic mixing introduces air that gets trapped within the mixture. Fine details and deep moulds can often make these bubbles less noticeable until your statue has cured.
