Take Care with Mixing and Pouring
To minimise trapped air, always mix your silicone components slowly and thoroughly, scraping the sides of your container. Fast or vigorous stirring introduces bubbles—steadiness is key. If possible, pour silicone in a thin, continuous stream from one corner of your mould box, allowing bubbles to rise to the surface naturally.
Use a Pressure Pot or Vacuum Chamber

Placing your filled mould inside and curing under pressure compresses existing bubbles, making them virtually invisible in the final product.
