Preparation: Setting Up for a Strong Bond
Start by ensuring both resin surfaces are dry, dust-free, and gently roughened with fine sandpaper. This increases the contact area and allows the adhesive to grip more effectively. Wipe the pieces with a lint-free cloth to remove any debris or oils.
Mixing Your Epoxy Adhesive Correctly
Most epoxy adhesives are two-part systems that must be mixed in a specific ratio for best performance.
