Make sure the temperature ranges between 20°C and 25°C and that there is no humidity in the air, as it could compromise the resin curing process.
2. Follow Drying Times After pouring the epoxy resin onto the chosen surface, it is important to adhere to the drying times indicated by the manufacturer. Typically, the resin requires at least 24 hours to fully cure, but this time may vary depending on the temperature and humidity of the environment.
3. Use a UV Lamp To expedite the drying process of the epoxy resin, you can use a UV lamp specially designed for this purpose. This type of lamp emits ultraviolet rays that help the resin cure faster, reducing waiting times and allowing you to complete your project in less time.
4. Check Resin Curing Before handling or moving the object made with the epoxy resin, ensure that it is completely dry and cured. You can verify the curing by gently pressing the surface with your fingernail; if the resin is cured, it should not leave any marks. Otherwise, let it dry for a few more hours.
