Preparation of the Furniture
To begin, prepare the furniture by removing any residues of old paints and ensuring that the surface is smooth and clean. Apply a primer suitable for the furniture material and let it dry completely.
Creating the Marble Effect
Prepare the RESINPRO epoxy resin following the manufacturer's instructions and divide the quantity into multiple containers. Add several drops of marble dye to each container to achieve different shades. Pour the colors onto the furniture surface randomly.
Creating the Veins
Use a thin brush or a toothpick to lightly mix the colors on the resin, creating the typical marble vein effect. Work quickly before the resin starts to dry to achieve a more natural effect.
Finishing and Protection
Once satisfied with the result, let the resin dry completely following the recommended drying times. Apply a coat of transparent finish to protect the marble effect and add shine to the furniture.
