Model Preparation

Before starting to create the mold for the resin fillet, it is crucial to prepare the model to be used. It is recommended to choose an object with a smooth surface and well-defined details. Alternatively, you can create a custom model using materials such as clay or plasticine. Once the model is chosen or created, make sure it is clean and free of dust.

Mold Making

To make the mold for the resin fillet, it is advisable to use a flexible and resistant silicone mold material. Apply the silicone to the model, making sure to cover all the details evenly. Let the silicone dry for the time indicated by the manufacturer. Once hardened, gently remove the mold from the model.

Resin Pouring
