To prevent the formation of bubbles in the casting of transparent resin, it is crucial to pour the material into the container at the right height. A level that is too high or too low could encourage air to enter during the casting process. Make sure to carefully follow the manufacturer's instructions on the amount of resin to use to achieve the right consistency.

Accurate Mixing

Accurate mixing is essential to avoid bubble formation in the transparent resin casting. Use a clean mixing stick and blend the material with slow and steady movements for at least 2-3 minutes. Avoid mixing too rapidly as it may introduce air into the mixture, creating unwanted bubbles.

Use of Flexometer

To ensure proper mixing and minimize the risk of bubbles in the transparent resin casting, it is advisable to use a flexometer. This tool allows for precise measurement of the amounts of resin and hardener to mix, ensuring a correct and uniform ratio. This reduces the likelihood of errors that could lead to bubble formation.

Bubble Treatment
