How to Clean and Maintain Epoxy Resin Tools

1. Use Specific Solvents To effectively clean tools from RESINPRO's Crystal Clear Epoxy Resin, it is advisable to use specific solvents such as acetone or nitro thinner. Dampen a cloth with the solvent and vigorously rub the tools until the resin is completely removed. Remember to wear protective gloves and work in a well-ventilated area.

2. Scrape off Hardened Resin If the resin has already hardened on the tools, you can try scraping it off using a scraper or a spatula. Be careful not to damage the tools during this process and proceed cautiously to remove all resin residues.

3. Clean with Warm Water and Soap After removing most of the resin, wash the tools with warm water and soap. Use a sponge or a brush to thoroughly clean each tool and remove any remaining traces of resin. Dry the tools well before storing them.

4. Properly Store the Tools To prevent the RESINPRO's Crystal Clear Epoxy Resin from hardening on the tools, it is important to store them correctly. If you cannot clean them immediately, you can wrap them in plastic wrap or place them in an airtight bag until you can clean them. This will make it easier to remove the resin at a later time.
