Surface Preparation

Before starting to work with RESINPRO's Crystal Clear Epoxy Resin to achieve a glossy effect, it is essential to thoroughly prepare the surface where it will be applied. Make sure it is clean, dry, and free of dust or residues. Also, ensure that the surface is smooth and level to guarantee a uniform and bright result.

Application of Epoxy Resin

Once the surface is prepared, proceed with the application of RESINPRO's Crystal Clear Epoxy Resin. Thoroughly mix the epoxy resin with the hardener according to the manufacturer's instructions. Pour the resin onto the prepared surface and distribute it evenly with a brush or spatula. Ensure full coverage of the surface to achieve a uniform glossy effect.

Removing Air Bubbles

During the application of RESINPRO's Epoxy Resin, air bubbles may form on the surface. To eliminate these bubbles and ensure a perfect glossy effect, you can use a hot air gun or a gas torch to gently pass over the resin. Alternatively, use a thin brush to push the bubbles outwards.

Finishing and Polishing

After applying RESINPRO's Epoxy Resin and removing air bubbles, allow the material to dry completely according to the recommended drying times. Once the resin has hardened, proceed with the finishing and polishing phase. Use fine-grit sandpaper to smooth the surface and achieve a flawless glossy effect. Finally, polish the surface with a specific polish for Epoxy Resin for a brilliant and long-lasting result.
