Materials Preparation for Epoxy Resin and Shell Jewelry

To create a resin and shell jewelry holder, it is essential to have the right materials. On RESIN PRO, you can find high-quality transparent epoxy resin, colored pigments to customize the resin, shells of various shapes and sizes, molds to create the desired shape, and finishing accessories. Make sure to also have gloves, a mask, and a protected work surface available.

Creating the Resin Base

Start by preparing the resin following the manufacturer's instructions and add the colored pigment if you want a colored base. Pour the resin into your mold and level it with a stick. Let it harden slightly, then place the shells on the surface, pressing them lightly to adhere. Wait for the resin to fully cure.

Adding the Shells

Once the resin base is completely hardened, you can add more shells to create a unique design. Try layering them to create patterns or position them randomly, leaving space for other decorative elements if desired. Remember to gently press each shell into the resin to secure it properly.
