1Using a Torch to Remove Air Bubbles

To remove air bubbles from the resin before it hardens, you can use a torch to gently heat the surface. By holding the torch at a safe distance and moving it gently over the resin, the air bubbles should gradually emerge and disappear. This method requires precision and caution but can be effective for larger or more stubborn bubbles.

2Agitation and Using a Degasser

Another effective technique for removing air bubbles is to gently stir the resin before pouring it into the mold. Alternatively, a degasser can be used to remove bubbles more efficiently. This tool creates a negative pressure that allows air bubbles to rise to the surface and be easily removed. This method is particularly useful for achieving professional and flawless results.

3Using a Paddle Mixer

Another solution for eliminating air bubbles is to use a paddle mixer to blend the resin evenly. This tool helps break up air bubbles in the mixture, reducing the formation of bubbles during the curing process.
