Surface Preparation To achieve a smooth surface with RESINPRO's Crystal Clear Epoxy Resin, it is essential to properly prepare the working surface. Before starting, ensure that the surface is clean, dry, and free of dust and residues. Use fine-grit sandpaper to smooth out any imperfections and ensure proper adhesion of the resin.

Resin Application Once the surface is prepared, carefully follow the manufacturer's instructions to prepare RESINPRO's Crystal Clear Epoxy Resin. Pour the resin onto the surface evenly, avoiding excessive build-up in certain areas. Use a brush or a spatula to evenly distribute the resin across the entire surface.

Eliminating Air Bubbles After applying the resin, air bubbles may form on the surface. To eliminate these bubbles and achieve a smooth surface, gently pass a gas torch over the resin. This will remove the air bubbles, leaving the surface uniform and free of imperfections.

Finishing and Polishing Once the resin has hardened, you can proceed with finishing and polishing the surface to achieve a perfectly smooth and glossy result. Use increasingly fine sandpaper to sand the surface and remove any irregularities. Finally, polish the surface with a polish specifically designed for RESINPRO's Crystal Clear Epoxy Resin to achieve an impeccable finish.
