1Surface Preparation
Before starting the epoxy resin application on vertical surfaces, make sure the wall is clean, dry, and free from dust and grease. Use sandpaper to smooth out any imperfections and ensure there are no cracks or holes to repair.
2Resin Application
Use a brush or roller to evenly spread the resin on the vertical surface. Work in small sections to prevent the resin from drying before being leveled. Apply a thin and uniform layer, being careful not to leave material build-ups.
3Leveling and Finishing
After applying the resin, immediately pass a brush or roller to level the surface and remove any air bubbles. If necessary, you can apply an additional layer to achieve the desired coverage. Let the resin completely dry following the manufacturer's instructions.
4Tool Cleaning
Once the resin application is complete, make sure to immediately clean brushes, rollers, and any other tools used with water and soap. This prevents the resin from solidifying on the tools, allowing you to reuse them in the future.
