1 Tile Preparation

To color tiles with epoxy resin, it is essential to start with a thorough surface preparation. First, make sure the tiles are clean and completely dry. You can use a degreasing detergent to remove any dirt or grease residues. Next, lightly sand the surface to enhance the adhesion of the resin.

2 Color Application

Once the tiles are prepared, you can proceed with the color application. The resin can be colored with specific pigments available on RESIN PRO, offering a wide range of shades and hues. Mix the pigment into the resin following the manufacturer's instructions to achieve the desired color.

3 Resin Application on Tiles

After preparing the color, you can proceed with the resin application on the tiles. Pour the colored resin on the surface and spread it evenly with the help of a notched trowel. Make sure to fully cover the tiles and eliminate any air bubbles with a thin brush. Allow the resin to dry following the recommended curing times.

4 Finishing and Maintenance

Once the resin has completely cured, you will admire the final result: colored tiles protected by a shiny and durable layer. To ensure long-lasting durability, regularly clean the tiles with mild detergents and avoid using overly abrasive products that could damage the surface.
