Preparing the Substrate

To correctly reinforce with RESINPRO's Crystal Clear Epoxy Resin, it is essential to adequately prepare the substrate on which it will be applied. Thoroughly clean the surface from any dust, grease, or other substances that could compromise the resin's adhesion. Additionally, lightly sanding the surface is advisable to promote material anchoring.

Creating the Reinforcement

Once the substrate is prepared, proceed with creating the reinforcement using RESINPRO's Crystal Clear Epoxy Resin. Accurately measure the required amounts of RESINPRO's Epoxy Resin and hardeners, following the manufacturer's instructions carefully. Mix the two components until a homogeneous and lump-free mixture is obtained.

Applying the Reinforcement

After preparing RESINPRO's Epoxy Resin, proceed with applying the reinforcement to the substrate. Use a brush or sponge brush to evenly spread the resin layer on the substrate. Ensure complete coverage of the surface to be reinforced, avoiding excessive material buildup.

Curing and Finishing

Once the reinforcement with RESINPRO's Epoxy Resin is applied, allow it to cure completely following the manufacturer's recommended drying times. Once the resin has solidified, you can proceed with surface finishing if necessary. For a perfect finish, specific products like those available on RESIN PRO can be used.
