Using a Torch to Remove Air Bubbles

To eliminate air bubbles from the polymer resin, you can use a torch to heat the surface. By applying consistent circular movements, the heat will help bring the bubbles to the surface, which can then be easily removed with a wooden stick or a brush.

Using a Heat Gun

Another effective technique is to use a heat gun. After pouring the resin into the desired mold, simply pass the heat gun over the surface to bring out any trapped air bubbles. With a quick motion, the bubbles will be pushed outwards and can be easily eliminated.

Using a Vacuum Mixer

To prevent air bubble formation during the polymer resin mixing process, it is advisable to use a vacuum mixer. This tool helps eliminate trapped air in the mixture, ensuring a final result free of bubbles and with enhanced transparency.

Allowing the Resin to Rest Before Use

Before pouring the polymer resin into the desired mold, it is recommended to let it rest for a few minutes. This allows any air bubbles in the mixture to rise to the surface, making it easier to eliminate them with a stick or a mixer.
