Removing Fresh Epoxy Resin

When the RESINPRO Crystal Clear Epoxy Resin is still fresh, it is crucial to act promptly to prevent it from hardening. Start by gently dabbing the area with a clean cloth to absorb as much liquid as possible. Then, use a solvent such as acetone or pure isopropyl alcohol to dissolve the remaining resin. Apply the solvent to a cotton ball and gently dab the stain until the resin is removed. Finally, wash the fabric with water and soap to eliminate any residue.

Removing Hardened Epoxy Resin

If the resin has hardened on the fabric, the removal process becomes more complex. Begin by gently scraping the surface with a scraper or spatula to remove as much resin as possible. Then, heat the area with a hairdryer to further soften the resin. Once the resin is soft, dab with a cloth soaked in acetone or another solvent solution to remove the residues. Repeat the process as needed.

Removing Stubborn Stains

If the resin stain persists after initial attempts, try creating a solution with hot water and dish detergent and soak the fabric for a few hours.
