Wall Preparation

Before applying the epoxy resin on plastered walls, it is essential to properly prepare the surface. Thoroughly clean the wall from dust, dirt, and any residues of old paint. Any cracks or holes should be repaired with putty to ensure a smooth and uniform surface. Once the wall is clean and dry, you can proceed with the resin application.

Resin Application

For applying resin on the plastered wall, it is advisable to use a microfiber roller to ensure even distribution of the material. Pour the resin into a bucket and spread it on the wall with vertical and horizontal movements. Make sure to completely cover the surface and work in small areas to prevent the resin from drying before being leveled.

Drying and Finishing

Once the resin is applied, it is important to let it dry completely following the recommended curing times by the manufacturer. During drying, avoid touching the wall to avoid damaging the final result. Once the resin is completely dry, you can proceed with the finishing. At this point, you can sand the surface with fine sandpaper to achieve a smooth and uniform result.
