2Resin Application
Once the metal support is ready, you can proceed with the resin application. Prepare the resin following the manufacturer's instructions carefully. Pour the resin onto the metal object, ensuring to cover the entire surface evenly. Use a brush or a spatula to spread the resin uniformly.
3Catalyzation and Curing
After applying the resin to the metal support, it is necessary to let it catalyze and cure. Follow the manufacturer's recommended catalyzation times closely and make sure to let the resin dry completely before touching it. During this process, ensure that the environment is well-ventilated to ensure proper catalyzation.
4Finishing and Polishing
Once the resin is fully cured, you can proceed with the finishing and polishing of the metal support. Use fine sandpaper to smooth out any imperfections on the resin surface. Then, polish the surface with a polish to achieve a shiny and uniform result.
