How to Use BeFlex
Step 1: Surface Preparation
Ensure the surface is clean and dry. If needed, use a heat source (e.g. a hairdryer) to remove any moisture. This step is not mandatory but helps avoid issues during the curing process.
Step 2: Measuring and Mixing
Carefully weigh 97g of Component A and 100g of Component B. Mix thoroughly until the blend is completely uniform. For optimal results, pour the mixture into a second container and stir again to ensure perfect consistency.
Step 3: Pouring
Let the mixture rest for one minute before applying it to the surface. Apply at a thickness of approximately 2mm.
Step 4: Curing
After the recommended drying time, the resin will be fully set: non-sticky, flexible, and slightly rubbery to the touch. It can cure more quickly at 65°C and withstands temperatures between -40°C and +80°C once fully hardened.
Step 5: Final Result
The finished product will be: 100% non-yellowing, bubble-free, highly glossy, flexible, and scratch-resistant. BeFlex is specially formulated for doming and surface protection, ensuring excellent adhesion.
